What This Means for Current Prevail Customers

The all-new Prevail is an additional product experience—not a forced replacement for Prevail desktop.

Prevail desktop will continue to be supported, with no scheduled sunset date. Firms can continue using Prevail in self-hosted or Prevail-managed cloud-hosted environments.

The all-new Prevail is a completely new platform designed for secure, direct access through a supported web browser.

As we get closer to launch, we’ll share more about availability, pricing, migration, implementation, and transition options.

Is the all-new Prevail replacing Prevail desktop?

No. The all-new Prevail is an additional product option, not a required replacement for Prevail desktop.

There is currently no scheduled sunset date for Prevail desktop, and we will continue supporting firms using both self-hosted and Prevail-managed cloud-hosted environments. Current customers will be able to evaluate the new Prevail and transition based on their needs, readiness, and preferred timeline.

How is the all-new Prevail different from Prevail desktop and Prevail Cloud Hosted?

Prevail desktop is the established application firms use today, either self-hosted or in a hosted environment. Prevail Cloud Hosted provides access to that same desktop application through a managed hosting environment.

The all-new Prevail is a completely new platform designed for secure, direct access through a supported web browser—without relying on the traditional desktop application or virtual desktop access.

Will my existing Prevail data transfer to the new platform?

Yes. Data migration for existing Prevail customers is a key part of our implementation planning.

We’ll share more details about supported data, migration processes, requirements, and timelines as we get closer to launch.

Is the all-new Prevail only for SSD and VA Disability firms?

No. SSD and VA Disability will remain important areas of strength for Prevail, but the new platform is being designed to support firms across a wide range of practice areas.

Configurable Matters, workflows, automations, communications, and integrations will give firms greater flexibility to adapt Prevail to the way they work.

Will the all-new Prevail integrate with other technologies?

Yes. The new Prevail has been developed with APIs, webhooks, and expanded integration capabilities at its foundation.

Our marketplace will make it easier to connect Prevail with supported partners and technologies, while an open API provides additional flexibility for firms with their own integration needs.

Will AI be included?

Yes. AI is an important part of Prevail’s development strategy, focused on practical ways to reduce administrative work, surface useful information, and improve workflow execution.

AI capabilities are integrated with appropriate consideration for accuracy, security, transparency, and human oversight.

What features will be available at launch?

The capabilities we’re sharing today reflect our current feature set and roadmap. Final functionality, packaging, and launch scope will be announced as development progresses.

When will the all-new Prevail be available?

We’ll announce availability, pricing, final functionality, migration options, and implementation details as they are finalized.

How can our firm participate in an early preview?

Firms interested in an early look can sign up for early access or contact the Prevail team.
